Bemused
Bemused invites viewers into a world of curiosity, introspection, and unexpected perspective. Featuring work by Lily Formato, the collection moves between personal memory, identity, place, humor, anxiety, and the strange beauty of everyday experience.
Through expressive paintings and unconventional subject matter, Bemused embraces the moments that leave us captivated, confused, nostalgic, or simply looking a little closer. Each work offers a glimpse into a story—some deeply personal, others playful—but all rooted in the experience of being human.
