Refund policy

All original artwork sold through Formato Fine Arts is final sale. Each piece is one of a kind, and we take care to represent it accurately in photos and description before you buy.

Prints, candles, jewelry, baskets, and other non-original goods can be refunded. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return.

That said, if something is wrong with any purchase, including original artwork, we will always try to make it right. If your piece arrives damaged, or isn't what was described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece. We'll work with you to find a fair resolution, whether that's a repair, a replacement, a partial refund, or something else that fits the situation.
