This yellow ceramic vase was made by me during my Advanced Wheel Throwing class at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2024. Thrown on the wheel and finished with a low-fire glaze, it balances clean form with a bright, warm surface.
While designed as a vase, the piece is fully food safe and made for everyday use. It is dishwasher safe and microwave safe, reflecting my approach to ceramics as functional objects for admiration.
