When will I receive my artwork from Formato Fine Arts?

FOR ORIGINAL WORKS:
When you purchase an original painting, sculpture or other piece of art from any artist represented by Formato Fine Arts, the artwork will be evaluated for a couple days to ensure it is prepared to ship. We will e-mail the customer updates about the product. After evaluation, we will prepare and ship the product within 5-7 business days.
 

Formato Fine Arts put insurance on ALL artwork for the shipping process. If there is an unfortunate occasion where your painting is damaged in the shipping process, Formato Fine Arts will handle and refund your purchase. Each work is different and specific requirements need to be met before shipment. You will be notified and updated throughout the process.
 

FOR PRINTS:
When you purchase a print from any artist represented by Formato Fine Arts, you will receive your print between 5-10 business days. Formato Fine Arts is partnered with Printful, Inc, a drop shipping print service for some but not all prints. Printful, Inc handles printing, packaging, and shipping of some but not all prints.
